A second teaser video for Xiaomi’s Pinecone lineup has been released. Pinecone is what Xiaomi will be calling their lineup of smartphone SoCs competing against Huawei, Samsung, MediaTek, and Qualcomm.
Following the same path as Huawei with their Kirin lineup, Xiaomi is set to reveal its own SoC line in just a few days to compete against MediaTek, Qualcomm, and Samsung’s offerings. As a teaser for the unveiling, Xiaomi has just released a second trailer to build anticipation for the release party.
The SoCs expected to be unveiled in the coming days are called the Pinecone V670 and V970 – respectively mid-range and high-range eight-core chips.
