IBM to hire 2,000 US veterans into "new collar jobs" over the next four years

As part of an effort to hire 25,000 US workers through 2020, IBM has announced that it wants to hire 2,000 US veterans in the same time frame who will be offered so-called “new collar jobs”.
IBM has announced its intention to hire 2,000 US veterans into what are dubbed “new collar jobs”, over the next four years. This particular employment initiative is part of a larger effort by IBM to hire around 25,000 US workers through 2020.
Simply put, IBM’s CEO, Ginni Rometty, thinks there should be another denomination beyond blue collar and white collar jobs: new collar.
