KALAMAZOO, MI — A man who was in critical condition after being hit by a car has died, Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety Lt. Brad Misner said.
Brian Robinson, 31, died Monday, Aug. 21 of injuries sustained in a hit-and-run crash.
The crash happened at 1: 26 a.m. Sunday, July 23 in the 500 block of East Michigan Avenue. Robinson was found unresponsive and lying in the road.

Misner said the case remains under investigation. There is no suspect vehicle or description available at this time.
After the crash had occurred, witnesses told police two “younger” black men were seen driving a gray colored vehicle with front-end damage.
Trina Henry, Robinson’s mother, has created a GoFundMe page to raise money for funeral expenses.
“Without any auto insurance from the person responsible I do not have money to give my son the burial service he deserves, ” she wrote.
