The Entrepreneurs of Excellence awards luncheon will celebrate Muskegon’s entrepreneurial spirit.
MUSKEGON, MI – Innovative entrepreneurs who have made an impact on the Muskegon-area will be recognized at the 2018 “E Awards.”
The Entrepreneurs of Excellence awards luncheon will celebrate Muskegon’s entrepreneurial spirit. One of seven honorees will be named Muskegon’s Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year 2018.
The 2018 Entrepreneurs of Excellence are:
Their entrepreneurial stories will be shared at the awards luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 27, at the Muskegon Country Club, 2801 Lakeshore Drive. The honorees are selected by a committee of past winners.
Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year 2002 Scott Erdman, owner of Erdman Machine Co., who will share his success story during the luncheon.

This year’s honorees were selected for their work that has improved the standard of living in the community, and created jobs, new businesses and social change, according to a news release from the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce, which is behind the award.
Outstanding entrepreneurs have been recognized by the chamber since 1982. The recently revamped program showcases the “rich foundation of entrepreneurial spirit in the Muskegon business community,” according to the release.
