Port Huron, Richmond and Capac are competing in FIRST Robotics World Championships
Three area robotics teams will be waiting today to see if they will continue in the elimination rounds at the FIRST Robotics World Championships at Cobo Center in Detroit.
Electric atmosphere stirs FIRST robotics event
The Port Huron Mecanum Knights finished Friday, the second day of qualification rounds, as the 11th team of 67 competing on the Tesla Field, according to a news release from the Blue Water Area Robotics Alliance.
The Richmond Blue Devils finished the qualification rounds ranked 32nd on the Carson Field. Capac Metal and Soul was 62nd on the Carson Field.
All three teams are members of the Blue Water Area Robotics Alliance.
