Lady Gaga has a clear vision for her Super Bowl halftime show on Feb. 5, and she’s giving fans a brief preview of what she’s been dreaming up for almost three decades in a new Pepsi behind-the-scenes video.
„I’ve been planning this since I was 4, so I know exactly what I’m going to do,“ she says in the clip, going on to list the challenges of the most high-profile gig in music. „For me, it’s all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn’t normally come together,“ she says. „The thing is, it’s such a big world stage, in terms of how many people see it, and it’s been done so many times. I think the challenge is to look at it and say, ‚What can I do differently? How can I elevate certain little things here and there and also make it about the music?‘ This is where I’m supposed to be. “
Perhaps the most exciting bit of the video for Little Monsters will be the choreography sneak peek, thanks to Gaga’s longtime dance guru Richy Jackson. We get a pretty in-depth look at the moves for „Bad Romance“ — meaning we know that the 2009 Hot 100 No. 2 hit will be on the Super Bowl setlist.
„This is probably the greatest 12 minutes of our lives,“ Jackson says of his decade with Gaga, all leading up to this moment.
