The suspect is not expected to appear in Kowloon City Court in person when the case is mentioned on Monday, according to police. He was arrested on Friday following the attack on a train in which a man set fire to a carriage at 7.14pm as it travelled from Admiralty to Tsim Sha Tsui station.
