Chancellor of the exchequer Philip Hammond has announced the 2017 Budget , with a range of measures likely to affect individuals and companies in the technology sector.
Hammond said he wants to “enhance the UK’s position as a world leader in science and innovation”, and revealed measures intended to improve the UK’s standing in technical skills and research and development (R&D).
