Upcoming Nokia phones will not use Carl Zeiss lenses

According to the Nokia Mobile Twitter account, HMD Global does not have Carl Zeiss lenses, which was what was used in the Nokia Lumia handsets, as well as others, before Nokia was bought by Microsoft.
In the old days of the Lumia 1020 and PureView 808, Nokia was known for using Carl Zeiss lenses and PureView imaging technology; however, a lot has changed since then. Microsoft purchased Nokia’s devices and services division , and what’s left of the company is only now getting back into the smartphone market.
In fact, the Nokia phones being released now are actually made by HMD Global, with the brand licensed to it.
