Microsoft has showcased an upcoming ‚Metro‘ title at its E3 briefing. Dubbed ‚Metro Exodus‘, the 4K gameplay footage shows off players taking on a variety of dangerous beasts using various weapons.
Following the announcement of its latest console, the Xbox One X, and Forza Motorsport 7, Microsoft has taken the wraps off a new Metro game as well. Titled Metro Exodus, the company revealed the game in an exhilarating trailer, which showed off the player taking on a variety of beasts in an apocalyptic setting, utilizing a variety of weapons including shotguns and crossbows.
It is interesting to note that the video shown off at E3 2017 was actual gameplay footage, utilizing Xbox One X‘ native 4K rendering capabilities. A release date for the title hasn’t been revealed as of yet, but it’s expected later this year.
