Voter fraud, which then-candidate Donald Trump brought front and center and the Democrats say doesn’ t exist even though they’ re getting arrested for it, is finally being addressed head on by the current administration.

That we are just now getting around to this level of scrutiny speaks volumes about the dysfunctional politics in this country.
The Democrats don’ t talk about voter fraud much because they’ re the ones who want to benefit from it. Lax voting rules are prevalent in states they control. Here in California, I just have to have a name that matches an address to vote, with no actual proof that I am who I say I am. If I were ambitious and prone to that sort of activity, I could be hitting different precincts around Los Angeles every election day and voting. Given the low turnout levels, my odds on not getting caught are pretty good.
The Republicans, of course, have just been historically too weak to do anything about. The GOP loves to complain a lot, then never really address their complaints. It’s sort of their thing.
The real value that President Trump brings to this equation is that, while he is now the most prominent politician in the world, he’s really an anti-politician. He doesn’ t care about the Republican party’s rules for feigning being above the fray. He is at heart a businessman who moves through the political jungle in a rather deliberate, real results-oriented fashion and that’s what drives all of Washington insane.
The drama surrounding this administration is still mostly just media noise. They will pretend that he can’ t get anything done because of Russia, Twitter, or whatever, but he actually is making progress on a lot of the important aspects of his agenda.
Should this commission discover any voting anomalies, and should they be Democrat-related, we can almost certainly expect the media to get even louder with the noise distractions.
They don’ t want him to win.
And he doesn’ t care.
