FLINT, MI – The shackles binding Amor Ftouhi’s hands and feet clinked as the U. S. Marshals directed him to his seat in the Flint U. S. District Court late on Wednesday, June 21.
„It is only twenty years or my whole life, this is what I do not understand, “ Ftouhi said through his spit guard face mask to his attorney, David Kelzer, before the initial appearance hearing began.
Large, red marks on Ftouhi’s forehead and a fresh-looking bloodied wound on his elbow were visible before he sat down. An average build and with a graying beard, the Montreal man stood less than 6-feet-tall.
