The zoo’s first panda cub in 5 years was born on June 12th.
She weighed 1,656 grams on Saturday — an increase of more than 500 grams in 10 days.
A video taken on Saturday shows the cub is starting to open her eyes slightly.
Zoo officials say the cub started creeping forward and changing direction about a week ago.
