North Korea has slammed new United Nations sanctions against it, warning that the United States would soon face the „greatest pain“ it has ever experienced.
Pyongyang’s comments came after the UN Security Council had voted unanimously for tougher sanctions – including a ban on textile and labour exports from North Korea and a cap on oil imports.
China called on North Korea to „take seriously the expectations and will of the international community“ to halt its nuclear and ballistic missile development.
