Mueller Delays Grand Jury Testimony Amid Flynn Plea Deal Rumors

The news follows reports that Flynn is no longer dealing with Trump’s legal team.
Amid rumors Michael Flynn may be inching closer to striking a possible plea deal, special counsel Robert Mueller and his team have reportedly delayed a grand jury testimony linked to his investigation.
CNN reported Wednesday that a testimony scheduled for early December by a member of a public relations consultant hired by Flynn’s lobbying firm had been delayed.
“Time seems to be of the essence,” the source at Sphere Consulting told the cable news network.
The person added that no reason was given as to why the grand jury testimony was postponed.
News of the delayed grand jury testimony follows a meeting between Flynn and Mueller’s respective attorneys and amid reports Flynn had stopped all information-sharing with President Donald Trump’s legal team, a move viewed as a sign the short-lived national security adviser may be heading toward reaching a plea deal.
However, the White House has denied speculation Flynn has “flipped” on the president.
“No one should draw the conclusion that this means anything about Gen. Flynn cooperating against the president,” Trump legal team member Jay Sekulow said last week on ABC News.
