MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – The victim of a fatal crash that occurred on Friday morning has been identified by police.
Adam Tabor, 29, was traveling west bound on Holton Whitehall Road in the Blue Lake area of northern Muskegon County when the crash occurred at 9:56 a.m. on Dec. 1, according to a news release.
Police confirmed on the scene that the driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle in the single-vehicle crash, had died.
The motorist had lost control on a curve, over-corrected and left the roadway, striking a tree at 483 W. Holton Whitehall Road, Muskegon County Sheriff Lt. Shane Brown.
Tabor was pinned in the black 1998 Ford Taurus and was pronounced dead on the scene, according to a release. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
