Pictures of the crash, which happened on Florida’s Turnpike and Southwest 288th Street, show mangled metal, a downed light pole and stranded motorists.
In all, one person was rushed to a nearby trauma center in critical condition and five other people were taken to area hospitals, Miami-Dade Fire said.
No other details on the crash were immediately available.
