Dawkins, of ASM Sports, lists expenditures and loans to dozens of NCAA basketball players.
Some high school and college players allegedly received thousands of dollars cash and loans, while others are listed only as having had a meeting or meal with the agency.
Former Cyclone Monte Morris is listed as being a player or family member having had a meeting with or meal with Dawkins.
“The documents tie some of the biggest names and programs in the sport to activity that appears to violate the NCAA’s amateurism rules.”
The criminal investigation is ongoing.
