The Warriors said the 6-foot-7 swingman was evaluated by the team’s medical staff Wednesday, and he continues to have pain and inflammation with the nerve surrounding his left knee.
Iguodala, the 2015 Finals MVP, bumped knees with Houston Rockets All-Star James Harden in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals.
Said Warriors coach Steve Kerr on Wednesday: „He’s frustrated. His body has not responded at this point.“
Iguodala averaged 8.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in his three games against the Rockets, playing a little more than 27 minutes per game.
