The meeting will take place at the White House on May 22.
President Donald Trump will meet with President Moon Jae-in of South Korea later this month, the White House announced on Friday.
The two leaders will “continue their close coordination on developments regarding the Korean Peninsula following the April 27 inter-Korean Summit,” in addition to discussing Trump’s upcoming meeting with the North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a statement.
The meeting will take place at the White House on May 22.
“This third summit between the two leaders affirms the enduring strength of the United States-Republic of Korea alliance and the deep friendship between our two countries,” Sanders said.
The president told reporters on Friday that a date and location to meet with Kim had been set and would be announced soon.
