A woman was killed late Tuesday in a car accident in San Francisco’s Bayview, authorities said.
The incident occurred at 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Third Street and Arthur Avenue, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
A woman in her 20s or 30s was pronounced dead after colliding with another vehicle and then with a fixed object, said a police spokeswoman. The fixed object could have been a building or a pole, she added.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.

The victim has not yet been identified, according to the San Francisco Medical Examiner.
