Hillary Clinton, wearing what might be best described as a „hospital bedsheet,“ told the OZYfest „political music festival“ Saturday, that she believes last week’s summit between President Donald Trump and Russian president Vladmir Putin was „deeply disturbing“ and „alarming on many, many levels.

The former Secretary of State, famous for „resetting“ America’s relationship with Russia with a plastic „reset“ button, questioned Trump’s motives in meeting with Putin, in an interview with Laurene Powell Jobs, Newsweek reports .
“The great mystery is why the president hasn’t spoken up for our country,” she said, suggesting that Trump had ulterior motives for meeting with the Russian leader. “We don’t know what was said in the room with just the two of them.“
Although Clinton was fiercely protective of her own communications while serving as America’s top diplomat, she went on to suggest to Jobs that there might be officials who could shed light on Trump’s negotiations.
“There were always at least one or two other people with us, and most importantly, a notetaker,” she explained. “You particularly need a notetaker so there can be no mistake about what was said.”
“What’s happening now is that Putin is basically telling the world what was decided in that room. He’s giving press statements, he’s calling in Russian ambassadors to other countries, he’s reaching out to other leaders,” Clinton continued. “Meanwhile, we’re hearing crickets from the White House. Nothing is being put out that is in any way contradictory or replacing the Putin agenda with whatever Trump was doing.”
That „lack of clarity,“ Clinton said, is “alarming on many, many levels.“
“Make no mistake,” she added, “this is a direct attack on our democracy. This idea that somehow we are not sure where our own president stands is deeply disturbing.”
She even went on to suggest that Trump doesn’t believe in „freedom,“ because no one who likes Putin believes in freedom, and expressed a fear that the United States is losing its standing in the world.
Clinton appeared at OZYfest as part of a lineup of Democratic politicians, celebrity activists, and politically inclined musicians. OZYfest, which cost more than $100 per person to attend, is supposed to rival South by Southwest, an Austin, Texas festival of entertainment, music, and ideas.
Even with Clinton, it fell short.
