Xiaomi Mi Band 3 will be available for buying with a price tag of Rs 1,999.
On Thursday, Xiaomi launched a total of 7 smart living products in India to build a smarter home. The product lineup includes — three new Mi TVs — Mi TV 4 Pro 55-inch, Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch, and Mi TV 4C Pro 32-inch — Mi Band 3, Mi Air purifier 2S, Mi Luggage, and Mi Home security camera 360-degree. The Mi Band 3 and the Mi Air purifier 2S will go on sale in India for the first time today. Other products will be available for purchase in October.
Xiaomi Mi Band 3 will be available for buying with a price tag of Rs 1,999. Even though the launch price of the Mi Band 3 is similar to that of the Mi Band 2, it offers much more than the latter. The Mi Band 3 is much smarter than the Mi Band 2. It also looks better. Considering the offerings, it won’t be wrong to say that the Mi Band 3 is the best fitness band that Xiaomi has ever launched. The Mi Band 3 will be available via Mi.com and Amazon India store at 12 noon. The fitness band will be soon available across Mi Home and other offline, Xiaomi has confirmed.
–It comes with a bigger screen compared to the Mi Band 2. The Mi Band 3 sports a 0.78 OLED touchscreen display and has a 2.5D curved design, which makes the band look stylish.
–The Mi Band 3 can be connected to your phone and receive and read notifications. This reading notification feature wasn’t there in the Mi Band 2, it could only receive notifications and then you had to switch to your phone to read them.
–Mi Band 3 lets users read WhatsApp messages, Instagram notifications, SMSes.
–It also lets users view and reject calls.
— The Mi Band 3 comes in three colours — orange, blue and black.
— The Mi Band, just like Mi Band 2, comes attached with a hypoallergenic durable silicone strap.
–The fitness band weighs 20 grams which makes it light enough for users to wear it throughout the day.
–The Mi Band 3 comes with water resistant feature and can sustain 50m deep water level as well. The Mi Band 2 was only splash resistant. Xiaomi claims that the users can wear the Mi Band 3 and go swimming.
–The Mi Band 3 comes with a lot of new offerings like stopwatch feature, find your phone feature, alarm, periodic heart rate timer, among others things.
–Mi Band 3 comes with a 110mAh battery which Xiaomi says is 60 per cent larger than the Mi Band 2 battery. The smart band offers up to 20 days battery life, Xiaomi claims.
–Mi Band 3 can also measure heart rate, speed tracking, track sleep patterns and all of it can be done via Mi fit app.
The Mi Air Purifier 2S which is an upgraded version of the Mi Air Purifier 2 is also set to go on sale in India today. Xiaomi has launched an Air Purifier called the Mi Air Purifier 2S for Rs 8,999. The Air purifier will go on sale in India today at 12 noon on Mi.com, Flipkart and Amazon.in.
–The Mi Air Purifier 2S comes integrated with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
–The Mi Air Purifier 2S comes with an all-new OLED digital display, more precise air purification, and smarter home integration.
–The Air Purifier 2S comes with an ultra-clear OLED digital display which lets users check real-time air quality, temperature, humidity, and Wi-Fi connection.
–. The OLED display automatically adjusts brightness depending on the surrounding lights.
–The purifier comes with the high precision laser sensor and 360° triple-layer filter which removes fine PM2.5 and other micron-sized particles like harmful bacteria and formaldehyde effectively from the surroundings.
–It also comes with Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) 310 cubic meters/hour which brings a cleaning range of 226 – 398 sq. ft to the Mi Air Purifier 2S.
–Interestingly, the Air purifier can be controlled from anywhere using the Mi Home app.
