Apple says it has 'absolutely no evidence' of China spy chip claims, says it's not under gag order

Apple is disputing a report from Bloomberg BusinessWeek that servers were embedded with Chinese spy chips and says it’s not under a gag order.
Apple just responded to a Bloomberg BusinessWeek report that suggested Chinese chips were secretly planted inside of some of its servers.
Apple disputes the report and says that it’s not under any sort of agreement not to talk about such an attack.
„Apple has never found malicious chips in our servers,“ Apple said. „Finally, in response to questions we have received from other news organizations since Businessweek published its story, we are not under any kind of gag order or other confidentiality obligations.
