San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery Saturday night after a woman alleged Foster „pushed her in the chest“ and „slapped her with an open hand,“ Tampa police said in a statement to USA TODAY Sports and other outlets.
Police responded to the Grand Hyatt hotel where officers observed Foster and a woman „involved in a verbal altercation,“ according to the statement from police.
„The victim stated that during the altercation Foster slapped her phone out of her hand, pushed her in the chest area, and slapped her with an open hand on the right side of her face,“ the statement read.
