Le’Veon Bell’s teammates on the Pittsburgh Steelers took no time dragging him for sitting out the year.
The star running back won’t play a single snap this season after not signing by the Tuesday deadline. How’d his teammates take it? Not overly well. (RELATED: Pittsburgh Steelers Get Hit With Devastating News Over Star’s Holdout)
They raided his locker, took his gear and removed his nameplate. Jeremy Fowler posted a video of it on Twitter.

So, I’m going to go ahead and guess his teammates didn’t really appreciate this entire circus they’ve been put through. Judging from that video, they’re not going to miss Bell sitting out until the 2019 season at all, which is when he’ll likely end up leaving the team.
I could be wrong here, but I doubt it. His teammates don’t look like they’re going to shed a tear at all.

Imagine how pissed Bell must be seeing that video. He must be seething with anger watching what will almost certainly end up being his former teammates just go through his locker while smiling and laughing.
I guess that’s what you get when you choose to sit out a season. You have every right to do it if you think it makes smart business sense, but don’t be shocked when your teammates react this way. Don’t be surprised one bit.
