In Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee, the in-game stores are chock full of useful items for players to buy. One can stock up on Poke Balls in order to prepare to chain Pokemon catches and increase the chances of getting a shiny, and players can pick up healing items to remove paralysis and burn effects, and more. The problem is, none of these items come cheap.
Pokemon Let’s Go players may find themselves running out of money quite quickly as they progress through the game, but thankfully, making more money doesn’t have to be such hard work. There is a lot of money to be gained by selling the items Nuggets, Stardust, and Pearls. As the description of the Nugget explains, this little chunk of pure gold “can be sold at a high price to shops” and doesn’t offer up any other use. So, sell these items and prepare to be rolling in the dough.
As one progresses through the game and explores the Kanto region, they will gradually pick up these items and eventually rack up an inventory full of them. For those who’ve already sold off these useless valuables and need more, there are a few places to pick up Nuggets, Stardust, and Big Pearls with minimal effort.
One such location can be found in the northwest of Pewter City. Here, players ought to find a woman asking them to keep her Slowpoke company “for a little while.” Players’ characters will stand there beside the Slowpoke for a short time, even remarking that the Pokemon is “very good at doing nothing.” Upon the woman’s return, she will reward you with a Big Pearl, which can then be sold. This process can be repeated every day, so one should quickly amass a stockpile of Pearls to get rid of.
One can also go to the warden’s house in Fuschia City for an opportunity to get a Nugget. First, players need to learn the move Strong Push, and to get that they will need to go to the beach and acquire the Gold Teeth from Team Rocket. Then, bring them back to the warden who will offer a reward with the move Strong Push. Then, one should be able to use Strong Push on the block of rock in the warden’s house in order to retrieve a free Nugget from the warden’s Diglett. Again, it seems as though the Strong Push method can be used to get a free Nugget every day, making it some of the easiest money to be made in the game.
