PARIS — At least two people were killed and 10 were wounded in a shooting in the eastern French city of Strasbourg on Tuesday, government officials said, and the gunman was on the loose.
The single gunman opened fire around 8 p.m. in downtown Strasbourg, the local prefecture said in an emailed statement.
