The Trump administration would be smart to find a way to answer all of these questions with a yes, but there is no sign of that so far. When administration officials have publicly, repeatedly asserted that North Korea has already agreed to “final, fully verified denuclearization” when it has done no such thing, it will be difficult for them to acknowledge that the disarmament of North Korea is not going to happen.
