A San Francisco man with a history of unprovoked attacks has been arrested in connection with the brutal killing of a 49-year-old homeless man found beaten to death in a Chinatown alley in April, police announced Friday.
Samuel Youmtoub, 59, was already being held at San Francisco County Jail in connection with previous incidents when police arrested him on suspicion of murder on Nov. 30, police said.
