Apple’s silence regarding AirPower has led some to believe the product has been canceled.

Apple’s AirPower wireless charging mat which was expected to arrive in 2018 never really came but latest reports suggest that it might finally have hit production.
There’s nothing official from Apple yet but a tweet from ChargerLAB, states that Apple has begun manufacturing the long-delayed wireless charging mat as per what the publication claims to be a “credible source”. This suggests that the mat may finally be ready for sale soon.

Apple announced in September 2017, that the company was introducing wireless charging capabilities with the iPhone 8 and iPhone X, and gave a preview for its own wireless charging mat that would not only charge the iPhone, but its Apple Watch and AirPods.
