Resident Evil 2 gets a new mod that swaps longtime series hero Claire Redfield with none other than popular comic book superhero Captain Marvel herself.
Resident Evil 2 being on PC means that the critically-acclaimed survival-horror game is getting all sorts of mods released for it. One of the latest adds Captain Marvel to the game, swapping out Claire Redfield for Marvel’s extremely powerful heroine.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear as though the Captain Marvel mod includes any of the character’s various powers. It really just seems to function as an alternate costume for Claire, which is fine for anyone looking to play as Captain Marvel in a video game, as their options are actually quite limited at the time of this writing.
Since Resident Evil 2‘s launch in January, we’ve seen the modding community replace its cast with a variety of other characters.
