MUNCIE, Ind. – The Indiana Supreme Court will not review the convictions of a Muncie man who brutally killed a local woman in 2009.
In an order issued Thursday, Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush announced the five-member panel had declined to accept jurisdiction in the case of Danny L. Saintignon Jr.
The Muncie man, now 37, in October 2017 was found guilty of murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit burglary by a Delaware Circuit Court 3 jury.
