Dauntless, the free-to-play co-op monster hunting game inspired by Capcom’s Monster Hunter franchise, finally gets a release date for PS4 and Xbox One.
Dauntless, a free-to-play monster hunting game inspired by the popular Monster Hunter series, now has an official release date. Developed by Phoenix Labs, composed of former developers from BioWare, Capcom, Blizzard, and Riot Games, the game has been delayed multiple times. However, the game’s full release is now just upon us, as Dauntless will be releasing May 21 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, as well as the Epic Games Store.
Having been extremely successful in its beta stage, with the open beta player count reaching upwards of 2 million players, Dauntless takes multiple notes from Capcom’s Monster Hunter series.
