Among its many announcements today, Acer also introduced a couple of new convertible Chromebooks. The Chromebook Spin 713 is Acer’s first Chromebook based on Intel’s Project Athena.
Today, Acer announced a ton of new devices, including the new Enduro lineup of rugged laptops, a refreshed Swift 5, a myriad of gaming PCs, and new ConceptD PCs for creators. But if you’re not looking for a Windows machine, the company also has a couple of Chromebooks being announced today.
The most notable of the devices is the Chromebook Spin 713, which is Acer’s first laptop based on Intel’s Project Athena specification, which means it’s designed for mobile performance, with features such as instantly waking up from sleep.
