President Donald Trump sounded off on social media as he refuted recent reports about him suffering a series mini-strokes last year. On Tuesday morning, the president took to Twitter to dismiss the reports about his visit to Walter Reed Medical Center last year. He tweeted, “It never ends! Now they are trying to say that your favorite President, me, went to Walter Reed Medical Center, having suffered a series of mini-strokes. Never happened to THIS candidate – FAKE NEWS. Perhaps they are referring to another candidate from another Party!” Trump’s latest remarks come amid the release of New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt’s new book.
