Microsoft has been working on adding new features to Teams to compete with similar apps. Now, the firm has updated its roadmap to confirm that it will allow up to 1,000 participants in a meeting chat.
The coronavirus pandemic has seen a rise in the use of Microsoft Teams, that recently soared past 115 million daily active users. To compete with other similar apps, Microsoft has been working on adding new features to Teams based on user feedback. Earlier this year, Microsoft increased the participant limit on Teams to 300 and the company is now working to push the limit to 1,000.
