The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is now receiving the One UI 3.0 update atop Android 11. Galaxy Z Flip 4G owners will still need to wait though.
Update: December 21 2020 (): It looks like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is getting One UI 3.0 atop Android 11 this week. SamMobile noted that the update (version F707BXXU1CTL6) is now rolling out in Switzerland. So presumably it’ll be heading to other major markets in the next week or two. Unfortunately there’s still no word on the One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4G. The two devices do differ in terms of chipset, so that’s one aspect that needs to be accounted for when pushing out updates.
