One person was killed in an early-morning fire Saturday at a Blackstone home that didn’t have a sprinkler system, which might have saved the victim’s life, authorities said. The fire was reported shortly before 2:30 a.m. at 16 Auclaire St., said Jennifer Mieth, a spokeswoman for the state Department of Fire Services. One adult was found dead in the two-family home, Mieth said.
