This is the first fire fatality in the City of Graham in more than 10 years.
Graham, N.C. — One person is dead after an early-morning house fire in Graham. The Graham Fire Department responded to a structure fire at approximately 6 a.m. on Saturday morning at 316 W. Market Street in Graham. A family member living next door reported a house on fire with a person trapped. Firefighters arrived to find a working house fire with heavy fire conditions from the rear of the structure and heavy smoke conditions from the front.
