“Soho Karen” Miya Ponsetto — who was busted in California for allegedly assaulting the 14-year-old son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold at a Manhattan hotel — nearly slammed her car door on a deputy and needed to be yanked from her ride during her arrest, authorities said. Ponsetto,22, kept driving when Ventura County deputies tried to stop her near her Piru home around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, local police said. But she wouldn’t stop until she pulled up to her home — and even then refused to get out of her car, police said.
