Cupertino brings another piece of software to Windows PCs
Apple has silently released the iCloud Passwords extension for Chrome on Windows, finally giving Microsoft users a way to access the passwords they store in the cloud on Apple’s services. As you could easily guess by simply reading the name of the extension, its purpose is to bring iCloud passwords to the world of Windows. So if you previously saved your passwords with Safari in Apple’s cloud, now you can access them on a Windows device using Google Chrome. “iCloud Passwords allows you to use the same strong Safari passwords you create on your Apple device, with Chrome on Windows,” Apple explains.
