Redmi Note 8 Pro is receiving the latest stable channel along with MIUI 12.5 skin in China accompanied by the May 2021 security patch.
Xiaomi uneviled the Redmi Note 8 Pro two years back with Android 9.0 (Pie). The company later released Android 10 and MIUI 12 to the device. However, it faced several lags in grabbing Android 11 update.
