Dodgers‘ pitcher Trevor Bauer was first placed on paid administrative leave on July 2 after he was charged him with sexual assault
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer will miss the rest of the season. Major League Baseball and the players’ association extended his administrative leave through the end of the World Series on Friday. Bauer was placed on seven days’ paid leave July 2 under the joint domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse policy adopted by MLB and the players’ union after a Southern California woman said he choked her into unconsciousness and punched her repeatedly during two sexual encounters earlier this year.
