Motorola Space Charging is the latest tech to demonstrate the use of over-the-air charging for smartphones. This method of charging a battery in a smartphone goes beyond what we’ve seen in fast wired charging, beyond the current coolest way to charge with wireless (Qi standard) charging. This is charging at a distance! Motorola calls their tech Space Charging, and it appears to be ready to roll for behind-the-scenes testing now.
