News, Reviews & Betas which includes large community peer support Meta has added an option to WhatsApp that allows you to make new chats use disappearing messages by default. It has also added more options about how long a message should be visible before vanishing.
Meta has announced that WhatsApp users now have the choice about making disappearing messages the default on all new chats. Additionally, users can now set messages to disappear after 24 hours or 90 days (you could already pick 7 days).
