A law enforcement source told TMZ that West, who also now goes by Ye, was involved in an argument that turned physical where West reportedly punched a fan. The case is being investigated as misdemeanor battery, according to the outlet. The charge includes a maximum sentence of up to six months in jail. The report follows news that West and Julia Fox were photographed kissing outside after leaving a Los Angeles location called Delilah the same evening.
