The name says it all. Russian security forces arrested more than a dozen suspected members of hacking gang REvil on Friday, fulfilling a U.S. request. REvil was suspected of multiple major hacks in the summer of 2021, including of meatpacker JBS and software company Kaseya. The group was also tied to the Colonial Pipeline hack that caused gas chaos along the East Coast. Russia’s FSB said 14 hackers were arrested Friday in 25 raids, according to Reuters.
