A good Samaritan helped to rescue two children, including a toddler, on Friday from a Mesa, Arizona apartment fire, which was caught on bodycam footage released by authorities. Adults in the second floor apartment told Mesa authorities that the 2-year-old and a 6-year-old were trapped in the back room of the apartment that Mesa Fire Department said was fully engulfed, according to bodycam footage obtained by the Arizona Republic.
