The Major League Baseball lockout jeopardized whether Cincinnati would see the return of the Findlay Market parade in 2022. On Thursday, as the 99-day lockout ended, parade organizers are hopeful they can soon start planning the event. On March 1, MLB officials announced that Opening Day and the first two series of the 2022 season were canceled. The Findlay Market parade committee said there was a chance the parade would also be canceled.
